Rafik Onsy

Rafik Onsy has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Rafik started their career in 1999 as an Account Manager at Xerox before climbing up the ranks. Rafik worked as a Sales Manager from 2002 to 2005 and then as an Executive Sales Manager from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Senior Executive Sales Manager, where they initiated and managed a new Global Services Sales Department and successfully grew the company's profile and business revenues. In 2011, Rafik became the Director of Strategic Accounts Operations at Xerox, responsible for structuring, formulating, and implementing activities within the sales operation. Rafik managed a team of Executive Sales Account Managers and led all related activities at a senior level. In 2017, Rafik joined Alghanim Industries as the Managing Director of Operations.

Rafik Onsy completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology in 1990. Rafik also earned a GCE High School Diploma from the University of London, completing their studies at Portsaid Language School Zamalek.
