Elisabeth Pilosu

Elisabeth Pilosu is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager in RH & Transformation at Algoé since 2021, Elisabeth specializes in supporting HR transformations, project management, and social dialogue within the industrial and services sectors. Previously, Elisabeth worked at Orhemco Conseil from 2011 to 2021 as an HR and Organizational Consultant, addressing client challenges related to business model evolutions and strategic reorganizations. Prior to that, Elisabeth held multiple roles at Merck Group from 1996 to 2011, including Head of HR Development, where Elisabeth managed HR policies across seven sites in France, and was responsible for project management of SAP HR and MM/WM implementation. Elisabeth's earlier experience includes freelance consulting and engineering roles at 3M, complemented by degrees in engineering and management.
