Jon Hellam is an experienced professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Algolia since January 2018. Previous roles at Algolia include Senior Team Manager, Team Manager, and Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to Algolia, Jon held the position of Business Development Lead at Greenhouse Software, Inc., where the focus was on enhancing recruiting processes. Additionally, Jon was the Consulting Group President at the University of San Francisco Malloy Group, overseeing MBA student consulting projects for various Bay Area startups. Earlier experience includes Business Development and Operations at Hellam Sound, an independent recording studio, and Project Manager at Plug In America, a non-profit organization advocating for electric vehicles. Jon earned a B.A. in Business Economics and History from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of San Francisco School of Management.
