Algonquin College
Cyril McKelvie is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Governors at Algonquin College, Cyril also chairs the Academic Student Advisory Committee and participates in the Audit Committee. As Vice President of Optical Business at Jabil since February 2016, Cyril has contributed to the advancement of optical technologies. Previous positions include being a Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the FDI Committee at Invest Ottawa, and holding consultancy roles that facilitated significant acquisitions at Marlin Equity Partners. As President and CEO of Marport Deep Sea Technologies, Cyril led a successful financial restructuring. Additional roles span various leadership positions at notable companies such as Sanmina-SCI, BreconRidge, and GSI Lumonics. Cyril holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from Dalhousie University and has further education from Ottawa University and McGill.
