Gary Harper

Gary Harper is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the retirement living sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Partner at Canoe Bay since September 2016, Harper also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at B&K Management Inc. since November 1998. Additionally, Harper contributes as Chairperson for the Retirement Communities Management Program Advisory Committee at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology since March 2015, focusing on engaging graduates in the Ottawa area.
