Muriel Richards

Muriel Richards is an experienced professional in the field of corporate training and business development. As the Manager of the Corporate Training Centre at Algonquin College since August 2011, Muriel leads a team focused on designing and delivering high-quality professional development workshops and programs. Prior to this role, Muriel served as the Director of Business Development at ESI International, where responsibility included supporting the company's Canadian launch and collaborating with public and private sector clients to create programs that align with business goals. At Nexient Learning Inc, Muriel held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Client Solutions and Director of National Programs for Business Process Improvement, focusing on training solutions in project management and business analysis. Muriel began a career in education and training at CDI Education as the Director of the Project Management Program, overseeing its launch and management. Muriel holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Toronto, specializing in business, marketing, and political science.
