Patrick Charlton

Patrick Charlton, MBA, CSL, is an accomplished academic and business professional with extensive experience in the field of business development and sales. Currently serving as a Professor and Program Coordinator for the Business Development and Sales Graduate Certificate Program at Algonquin College, Patrick has played a key role in shaping the curriculum and guiding students in their professional growth. Additional roles include Faculty Advisor for the Salesforce Student Group and Faculty Lead for various initiatives such as the SUMMIT Entrepreneurship Boot Camp and SALESLAB. With previous leadership positions at organizations like RELATE Sales and CERTnT, as well as experience in corporate business development and training at companies like Hertz and Discount Car and Truck Rentals, Patrick combines academic expertise with practical industry knowledge.
