David Layne

David Layne has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, serving in roles such as Sr. Treasury & Risk Manager at Empire District Electric Company and currently as Director of Insurance Risk at Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp.

David Layne studied Finance & Economics at MSSU from 1986 to 1990. David also pursued the same degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1988 to 1989.
