Joseph Stallman

Joseph Stallman is an experienced recruitment and talent management professional, currently serving as Chief People Officer at ALGOQUANT since January 2025. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Head of Recruitment and Talent at GSR from May 2022 to December 2024, contributing to a leading firm in crypto markets. At Rothesay, from September 2017 to May 2022, Joseph was Head of Resourcing, Talent and Internal Communications for one of the largest specialist pension insurers in the UK. Earlier in their career, Joseph was involved in recruitment at Citadel, managing technology and data science placements, and served as EMEA Sales Director at Palm Mason Group. Joseph's tenure at Goldman Sachs included roles in experienced hire recruitment and a vital contribution to the Veterans Integration Programme. Joseph studied at the University of Leeds.
