They previously held the position of Regional CHRO and Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity at McKinsey & Company from 2016 to 2022. Ellis earned a PhD in Business Philosophy with a focus on Organizational Leadership from the Swiss School of Business Research in 2022 and lives in Amsterdam with their wife and family.
