Sebastiaan Foppema

Sebastiaan Foppema is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and strategic leadership across various technology and healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at N1 Health since May 2025, Foppema has previously held significant roles such as Strategic Advisor to the CEO at Connect America, and Advisor to the Board for both Luminous Development Group, LLC, and Genetic Networks. Leadership roles also include Chief Executive Officer at instED LLC and smartShift Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed sales, global service delivery, and product management. Foppema’s career began with positions at NaviNet, where as Senior Vice President sebastiaan was instrumental in provider strategy and operations, and earlier roles at Arcadia Solutions and watch hill partners. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology and participation in the Sloan Greater Boston Executive Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
