Agathe Nadolny has worked in various roles in the past twenty-two years. In 2021, they began their current role as Chief Project Management Officer at AlgoTherapeutix. From 2017 to 2021, they were the New Product Launch Program Manager at LABORATOIRES MAYOLY SPINDLER. From 2001 to 2017, they were the PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE MANAGER, R&D MANAGER, R&D PROJECT LEADER, MANUFACTURING QUALITY SUPPORT MANAGER and MANUFACTURING TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER at Bio-Rad Laboratories. From 1999 to 2001, they were a JUNIOR SCIENTIST at Circe Biomedical.

Agathe Nadolny has an extensive educational background, beginning with a POSTGRADUATE DEGREE IN BIOLOGY AND BIOTECHNOLOGY LABORATORIES ENGINEERING from Nantes Universit\u00e9, which they obtained in 2000. Prior to this, they earned a MASTER OF SCIENCE, SPECIALIZATION IN CELLULAR BIOLOGY AND PHYSIOLOGY from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) in 1998, with a focus on Immunology, biochemistry, molecular & cellular biology, and molecular genetic. In 2016, they also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP)\u00ae certification from the Project Management Institute.
