Maciej Malycha

Maciej Malycha is a Senior Software Engineer who has worked for companies such as Wunderman Thompson Technology, Genesys | Interactive Intelligence, and Alcatel-Lucent. Maciej is currently a Backend Developer at AlgoTrader.

Malycha has been in the software engineering field for over 20 years. Maciej started their career at Alcatel-Lucent in 1998 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2012, they left Alcatel-Lucent to join Genesys | Interactive Intelligence as a Principal Software Engineer. Maciej stayed with the company for five years before leaving in 2017 to join Wunderman Thompson Technology as a Senior Software Engineer.

In May of 2022, Malycha will leave their position at Wunderman Thompson Technology to join AlgoTrader as a Backend Developer.

They are on a team with Piotr Cyga - Java Backend Developer, George Yeboah - Pre-Sales Engineer Americas, and Kacper Woźniak - Frontend Developer. Their manager is Bartosz Wójcik, CTO.
