Kym McCoy

Kym McCoy, MBA, currently serves as the Human Resources and Recruiting Coordinator at ALH Building Systems since April 2015. Prior to this role, Kym gained valuable experience in the human resources field at Novae Corporation from May 2011 to April 2015. Kym's earlier work history includes positions at Fifth Third Bank as a Financial Center Customer Service Representative and at iAB Financial Bank as a Vault Teller. Kym holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Indiana Wesleyan University, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Ball State University, completed in 2009.
