Benson Kwee

Benson Kwee has had a varied and extensive work experience. Benson started as a Resident Physician at Summa Health in 2014, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Apollomed Hospitalists as a Physician and later became the Associate Medical Director. In 2021, they became the Medical Director at the same organization.

In 2020, they started working at Alhambra Hospital Medical Center, where they held multiple roles including Chairman of the Committee of Interdisciplinary Practice and Chairman of the Committee of Quality Improvement, Utilization Review, Risk Management. Benson also served as the Chairman of the Department of Medicine from 2022 to 2022, and currently holds the position of Chief of Staff Elect of the Medical Executive Committee.

In 2021, they joined San Gabriel Valley Medical Center as the Vice Chair of the Department of Medicine, and in 2023, they became the Chairman of the same department.

Additionally, in 2023, they joined GARFIELD MEDICAL CENTER as the Treasurer of the Medical Executive Committee.

Benson Kwee completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University from 2005 to 2009. Subsequently, they pursued further education at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, where they obtained their Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree in Osteopathic Medicine/Osteopathy from 2010 to 2014.
