Vipin Lee Vijayan

Vipin Lee Vijayan has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR roles. Vipin Lee currently serves as the Head HR at Alhind Group of Companies since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Consultant at 4solutions, where they were responsible for conducting HR planning and budgeting, creating functional areas and setting up organizational hierarchy levels. From 2010 to 2019, Vipin held the position of Head HR at Airtravel Enterprises Group, where they developed HR strategy, implemented HR policies and processes, and monitored compliance. Vipin Lee also worked as the Manager HR at SIG Combibloc Obeikan FZCO from 2008 to 2010, and as an Assistant Manager - HR at LG Electronics from 2005 to 2007. Vipin Lee Vijayan has a comprehensive education history. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from TKM Institute of Management in Karuvelil, Kollam, from 2000 to 2002.
