Ahmed Galal

Ahmed Galal has a diverse work experience in the field of broadcast engineering and technical support. Ahmed worked as a Broadcast Support Systems Engineer at Middle East Broadcasting Networks, where they provided maintenance and repair for broadcast systems. Prior to that, Ahmed was a VSAT Field Engineer at African Waves, responsible for installation, maintenance, and technical reports for VSAT stations. Ahmed also worked as a Studio Engineer at ITS TV production, where they managed the technical aspects of shows on Alhurra TV channel. Additionally, Ahmed worked as an SNG & MCR Engineer at ITS TV production, responsible for transmission setups and maintenance of broadcast equipment. Ahmed also worked as an SNG Trainer at Ethiopian Television Network (ETN) and as an SNG Engineer at The Associated Press, handling TV transmissions and satellite transmission for international channels. Ahmed's earlier work experience includes roles as a Technical Support Representative at LINKdotNET and as a UPS Maintenance Engineer at EGYMATEC.

Ahmed Galal has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, which they obtained from the Higher Technological Institute in 10th Ramdan city, Egypt. Ahmed completed their studies in this field from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Ahmed has also obtained certifications in Cisco Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions v1.0 (CCNA) from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in January 2023, and as a Field Engineer from Marlink in January 2021.
