Moustafa Soukal has a diverse range of experience in the media industry. Moustafa began their career in 2003 as a Radio Reporter for Radio Algérienne, where they worked until 2006. In 2004, they also worked as a Freelance Writer for Algerian TV. From 2004 to 2005, they served as a Special Correspondent for Al-Ahram Establishment. In 2007, they joined TRT as a News Correspondent and worked there until 2011. During that time, they also worked as a Radio Broadcaster for Radio Algérienne from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, they worked as a News Editor for Orient TV, a Writer for Al Aan TV, and a News Reporter for Middle East Broadcasting Networks. Their responsibilities in these roles included on-air reporting, journalism, shooting packages, producing reports, and covering major events and features.

Moustafa Soukal attended the University of Algiers from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in the New Technologies with a specialization in Audio-visual-Radio TV. Additionally, they obtained a license in journalistic and information sciences.
