Carrie started their career as an HR Specialist at SM Retail from September 2012 to February 2014, where they were responsible for screening and interviewing applicants. From April 2014 to August 2018, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Alfardan Properties, managing the recruitment process, partnering with HR management for events and building relationships with agencies and universities. Currently, since September 2018, Carrie has been working at ALI BIN ALI as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and recently promoted to Group Talent Acquisition Lead. In this role, they lead the recruitment process for various departments and brands, conducts interviews, manages the recruitment process from start to finish, establishes relationships with universities, and plans and organizes recruitment activities.
