Paul Chen began their work experience in 1996 as a Specialist in the Cargo Claim Division/Risk Management Department of Evergreen International Limited. Paul then joined GE Capital in 1999 as an Assistant Manager in the Collection Department. In 2000, they became an Assistant Legal Manager of the Legal & IPR Division at SYSTEX. Paul later worked at Helix Technology as a Manager of the Legal Division. Paul then returned to SYSTEX in 2004 as a Senior Assistant Vice President of the Legal Department, where they managed 16 members and reported directly to the CEO. In 2015, they joined Getac as the Director of the Strategic Legal Department, reporting to both the Chairman and Legal Head. Currently, Paul is the Director of the Legal and IPR Department at 捺智科技.
Paul Chen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Comparison Law from Soochow University. Paul pursued their studies in this field from 1991 to 1996.
