Fabio Carvalho

Fabio Carvalho is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in real estate investment and asset management. As the Managing Partner at Alianza Investimentos Imobiliarios since January 2015, Carvalho leads a prominent real estate investment firm based in São Paulo, Brazil. Previously, Carvalho served as Founding Partner and Director of Investments & Research at Orbe Investimentos, which focused on value investing in Latin America and later became known as Tropico Latin America Investments. Additionally, Carvalho co-founded TRX Investimentos Imobiliários S.A. and contributed to the establishment of TRX Realty. Earlier career experience includes roles at FAMA Investimentos, where responsibilities encompassed research, investment management, and new business. Carvalho's educational background includes certificates from Harvard Business School Online in Negotiation Mastery and an OPM from Harvard Business School, along with studies in Behavioral Finance at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
