Jonathan Wagner is an experienced executive specializing in sales and customer success within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at Alianza, Inc. since December 2023, Jonathan previously held the role of Director of Americas Partner Sales at Cisco from March 2018 to December 2023, where leadership focused on the go-to-market strategy for Cisco Webex through managed service providers. Prior to Cisco, Jonathan worked at BroadSoft for over a decade, ultimately as Regional Vice President of Strategic Sales, where expertise in unified communications solutions was developed.
