Currently serving as VP Worldwide Support at Alianza, they lead the merger and evolution of support teams, assisting nearly 1000 service providers globally. Previously, at Microsoft, they focused on AIOps strategy within Azure For Operators, leveraging AI for enhanced network operations. As Director of Technical Solutions at Metaswitch, Nick managed various technical teams and played a vital role in pre-sales engagements with major telecom operators. Nick holds an MA in Maths from the University of Cambridge.
