Olivier Noël

Olivier Noël is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in compensation and benefits leadership across multiple global organizations. Currently serving as Group VP Rewards COE at Aliaxis since May 2025, Olivier previously held the position of Vice President Compensation & Benefits at ZF Group from August 2016 to April 2025, where responsibilities included centralizing and harmonizing C&B activities, overseeing M&A processes, and engaging with the Board. Prior to ZF, Olivier spent over two decades at Eli Lilly and Company, fulfilling various leadership roles that focused on operations, finance, and HR, achieving significant improvements in customer experience and organizational efficiency. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in business engineering and management from prestigious institutions such as Louvain School of Management and Ivey Business School at Western University.
