Cristina Tanya Ludovice

Cristina Tanya Ludovice is a seasoned professional in security operations and management with a diverse background in various roles across distinguished organizations. Currently serving as the Country Head for Security Operations Admin and Investigations at Lazada E-Services Philippines Inc. since March 2023, Cristina previously held the position of CRS Manager at SM Retail from July 2018 to October 2023. With a foundational role as Assistant Operations Manager at City of Dreams Manila, Cristina contributed to security and surveillance technology in the control room from March 2014 to May 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as an Analyst at Solaire Resort and Casino, where Cristina developed systems for documenting guest feedback, and as a Product Trainer at PLDT. Cristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Bicol University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nueva Caceres, complemented by education at San Beda College of Law.
