Elsa Ge has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Europe and LATAM at Alibaba Group since June 2016. In this role, Elsa has also held positions as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Europe and the Europe Lead of Organizational Culture and Recruitment. Prior to Alibaba, Elsa worked as a Recruitment Consultant at People First Recruitment from July 2015 to June 2016. Elsa holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science and Society from UCL, obtained in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2013.
