Junxiang Fan is a seasoned research and development engineer with extensive experience in optimizing search systems and recommendation algorithms. Currently serving as a Senior Research And Development Engineer at Alibaba Group since April 2025, Junxiang focuses on ads recall, preranking, ranking, and bidding processes. Previously, at Kuaishou Technology from October 2020 to March 2025, Junxiang contributed to the development and enhancement of the Kuaishou Video Search System.
