Roland Chen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment and strategic roles. Currently serving as the Division Head of Direct Investment at 阿里巴巴集团 since May 2023, Chen has previously held significant positions such as Director of Strategic Investment at Cainiao Network from November 2019 to April 2023 and Executive Director of Private Equity at HOPU Investments from September 2013 to November 2019. Early in the career, Chen worked as an Associate in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank and as an Analyst at China International Capital Corp.
