Taylor Zou is a seasoned staffing manager with extensive experience in global recruitment and talent strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Staffing Manager at 阿里巴巴集团 since February 2022, Taylor oversees recruitment for the international digital commerce group, covering multiple regions including APAC, Europe, and North America. Concurrently, Taylor has been a Staffing Manager at 蚂蚁集团 since February 2020, focusing on global recruitment and organizational strategy.
