Xiaofeng Wu is a technical expert at Alibaba Group, specializing in NAND test and AI algorithms for SSDs since May 2021. Prior to this role, Xiaofeng served as a Staff Test Development Engineer at Western Digital from June 2018 to May 2021, focusing on memory test and package-level testing. From August 2016 to May 2018, Xiaofeng was a Product Test Development Engineer at Micron Technology, leading the development of an advanced 3D NAND device probe test program.
