Xueyong Ou

Xueyong Ou has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the HR Director for the Digital Country and Regional Economic Development Business Unit at Alibaba Group since September 2017. Previously, Xueyong held various roles at Huawei from April 2007 to August 2014, including overseeing the global Long Term Incentive program and managing HR integration during a significant acquisition. Xueyong also served as an HR Manager and Specialist, focusing on global recruiting and business strategy alignment. Xueyong began a career at HYT Technology Co., contributing as an Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer, engaging in projects related to performance management and cost analysis. Xueyong graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Management of Science from Northwest University.
