Yang Xiang

Yang Xiang is a Senior Algorithm Engineer at Alibaba Group, where they conduct research on speech and audio generative models at Tongyi Lab. Yang completed their Doctorate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Aalborg University in 2023 and holds a Master’s in Information and Communication Engineering from Beijing University of Technology. They also earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Information Engineering from the same institution. Prior to their current role, Yang worked as an Algorithm Engineer at Hithink RoyalFlush AI Research Institute and served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Tsinghua University.
