Carolyn Morrison is a seasoned professional in restaurant operations with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Alicart Restaurant Group since September 2022, Carolyn previously held the same title at FOX Lifestyle Hospitality Group and BLT Restaurant Group from February 2022 to September 2022 and March 2015 to February 2022, respectively. At BLT Restaurant Group, Carolyn trained and developed General Managers on operational standards and oversaw front-of-house management training. Additional experience includes General Manager positions at BLT Steak NY, The Wayfarer, Hill Country Hospitality, and SARABETH'S PAS LLC, focusing on financial performance, cost control, and overall restaurant management.
