Kathy Cicha, SHRM-CP is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive management experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Alicart Restaurant Group since May 2021, Kathy oversees a wide range of HR activities including compliance, onboarding, employee relations, and safety programs. Previous roles include General Manager and HR Coordinator at Sarabeth’s, where Kathy ensured operational success and productivity, and General Manager/Owner Operator at 20/20 Restaurant / Lounge, where Kathy managed the establishment's development and operational aspects. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Polanka Restaurant. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Technology in Hospitality Management from City Tech, CUNY, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Management from Borough of Manhattan Community College.
