Nicholas Stefanelli

Nicholas Stefanelli has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and IT support. Nicholas began their career at Micro Center as a Computer Systems Department Lead from December 2011 to November 2013. Nicholas then worked at Apple, where they held roles such as Technical Specialist, Business Development Specialist, and ACMT/Genius from November 2013 to June 2017. Since July 2017, Nicholas has been working at alice + olivia, where they have held various positions, including Mac and iOS Systems Analyst, IT Systems Engineer / Business Applications Analyst, Manager of IT End-User Services and Support, and currently serves as the Director of Technology Services.

Nicholas Stefanelli obtained an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University, completing their education in 2019. Prior to that, they attended James Caldwell High School from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their High School degree. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including being a Jamf Certified Admin, Jamf Certified Technician, Jamf Certified Associate, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT), Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT), Emergency Medical Technician certified by the State of New Jersey, Certified Mobile Device Technician certified by Apple, and Firefighter 1 certified by the State of New Jersey.
