Javier Sanchez possesses extensive experience in law enforcement and military training, currently serving as a Master Resilience Trainer for the US Army since February 2019, where the focus is on empowering soldiers to overcome challenges. As a Protective Services Detail Detachment Commander, Javier has operated OCONUS. In addition, Javier is an A.L.I.C.E instructor with the ALICE Training Institute and holds the position of Sergeant First Class in the United States Army Reserve since January 2013. Javier is also an instructor for the United States Department of Defense, teaching non-lethal capabilities and tactics. As a Lead Instructor at the Elmhurst Honor Guard Academy, Javier trains police and firefighters on ceremonial procedures. With certifications as a Defensive Tactics Instructor and experience as a Military Police Platoon Sergeant in the US Army, Javier combines a strong background in criminal justice education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a commitment to developing effective law enforcement practices.
