Brooks Brown

Brooks Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail consulting and development across multiple prestigious brands. Currently serving as a Consultant at Alice Van Cal since July 2023, Brooks previously worked as a Business Consultant at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in 2022. A significant tenure at Ralph Lauren from 2009 to 2021 saw Brooks progress through various leadership roles, including Director of Learning and Development, where initiatives such as Diversity & Inclusion training impacted 9,000 employees.
