Lucas Leal

Lucas Leal has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Lucas started their career at Lupa Clipping as an administrative assistant from 2012 to 2014. Lucas then worked as an administrative assistant at CEJAM - Centro de Estudos e Pesquisas Dr. João Amorim - OFICIAL from 2016 to 2017, where they were responsible for tasks such as managing correspondence, accounts payable, and providing support to senior executives.

In 2017, Lucas joined Celuppi Advogados as an analyst of government relations until 2019. During their time there, they handled government relations and bureaucratic processes.

In 2021, Lucas worked at Kapcon Contabilidade as a legal tax assistant for a few months.

Most recently, Lucas joined Alice in 2021 as a junior consultant in Health Operations. Lucas is currently a member of the Health Ops team and Alice is a healthcare organization that combines primary healthcare with a direct-to-consumer health insurer model.

Lucas Leal attended Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a field of study in Direito (Law). Lucas did not obtain a degree during this time. In 2020 to 2021, they enrolled in Faculdade Ágora to pursue a Postgraduate Degree in Direito Público (Public Law).

In addition to their formal education, Lucas Leal obtained certifications in "Negociação e Formação do Contrato" and "Normas Anticorrupção, Antissuborno e Compliance público" from Fundação Getulio Vargas in December 2020.
