Jair Ribeiro has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Jair is the President and Founder of Parceiros da Educação since 2004, where they have been involved in the education sector. In the same year, they also co-founded Casa do Saber and served as its President. In 2019, Jair Ribeiro co-founded Alicerce Educação and became a Board Member of Todos Pela Educação. Jair also served as a Member of the Council of Management at the Secretaria da Educação de São Paulo in 2019. Additionally, Jair Ribeiro has been actively involved in the business sector, previously serving as a Partner and Managing Director at Sertrading since 2005. Jair was also the President and Board Member of BI&P from 2011 to 2019. Throughout their career, Jair Ribeiro has contributed to various educational organizations and played leadership roles in both the education and business sectors. Jair was a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University's School of Education in 2019 and served as a Board Member for Conselho Estadual da Educação do Estado de São Paulo from 2013 to 2019. In 2021, they joined Proz as a Member of the Council and Operating Partner.

Jair Ribeiro's education history begins in 1977 when they attended FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, where they pursued a degree in Economics until 1981. Jair then went on to USP - Universidade de São Paulo and obtained a degree in Law from 1977 to 1982. In 1983, Jair enrolled in the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law as a Visiting Scholar and completed their Mestrado em Direito in 1984. Finally, in 2019, they briefly attended Stanford University as a Visiting Scholar in the field of Education.
