Cristina Lazo Diaz

Cristina Lazo Diaz has extensive experience in financial planning and transformation management, currently serving at Alicorp since April 2016 in various roles, including Financial Planning Transformation and leading the Transformation Management Office. Responsibilities include simplifying processes related to transportation management, corporate financial planning, and ensuring the capture of economic value from initiatives. Previously, Cristina held senior analytical roles focused on improving organizational efficiency through financial management process leadership, budget control, and the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. Prior experience includes positions at KPMG and Deloitte, where contributions included planning support and operational compliance.
