Guillermo Zevallos Luna Victoria

Guillermo Zevallos Luna Victoria is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in demand planning and supply chain management. Currently serving as Jefe de planeamiento de la demanda at Alicorp since February 2016, Guillermo oversees demand administration processes for consumer goods and implements SAP IBP for Demand. Alongside this role, Guillermo is a professor at Universidad de Lima, teaching various courses related to ERP systems and operations management since August 2014. Prior to Alicorp, Guillermo held several key positions at AJE, including Jefe de Planeamiento de Demanda, where responsibilities encompassed demand and distribution processes as well as the coordination of corporate supply chain management initiatives across Central America. Guillermo holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Universidad ESAN and both an Engineer's degree in Ingeniería de sistemas and a Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería industrial from Universidad de Lima.
