Paulo Concepcion

Paulo Concepcion is an accomplished professional in maintenance engineering with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Maintenance Head at Alicorp since December 2022, Paulo oversees maintenance activities for Peru's largest flour mill. Prior roles include Senior Maintenance Engineer and Coordinator of Global Maintenance and Continuous Improvement at Grupo AJE, where Paulo supported asset management across LATAM production plants. Previous experience includes positions at Petroperú S.A., Tetra Pak S.A., and others, focusing on maintenance supervision, project management, and technical support.
