Eric Chan is a seasoned software engineer with a strong background in quality assurance and test automation. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Alida since April 2016, Eric previously held roles at Oracle as a QA Analyst and Test Automation specialist, and at Desire2Learn as a QA Developer, where collaboration with the development team led to the creation of test strategies for the Student Success System module.
