Jan Carter is an executive product and operations leader with extensive experience in growing and scaling teams within high-tech growth companies. They currently serve as the Director of Product Management at Alida, where they lead product vision and strategy, including the introduction of innovative AI features. Having previously held leadership roles at companies such as Uptempo, WineDirect, and Hootsuite Media, Jan has demonstrated expertise in driving SaaS growth and improving client retention. Additionally, Jan is the founder of the Second Wind podcast, offering insights and guidance for individuals overcoming major life setbacks. Jan holds ongoing educational pursuits at the University of Edinburgh.
