Ken Yih

Ken Yih serves as the Director of People & Culture at Alida since July 2023, leading a global People Operations team that focuses on areas such as Workforce planning, organizational design, and the execution of people programs and systems. Prior to Alida, Ken held the position of Senior Manager of People Operations at Tigera from June 2022 to July 2023, and served as Senior Manager of People and Culture at Traction on Demand from June 2021 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at MDA and People and Culture Manager at IKEA Group, where Ken implemented best practices during organizational changes. Ken's extensive background in human resources includes positions at AMS of UBC Vancouver, Compass Group, Marquise Facilities Corporation, Vancouver Coastal Health, and Providence Health Care. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of British Columbia and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
