Henrik Flodell

Henrik Flodell has a diverse work history in the semiconductor industry. Henrik has held various roles in product marketing and development tools management.

Henrik's most recent position was as a Sr. Director of Product Marketing at Alif Semiconductor, where they played a key role in defining the feature set for the company's product families and established the marketing team. Prior to this, they worked as a Director of Marketing at the same company, where they focused on market analysis and software enablement strategy.

Before joining Alif Semiconductor, Henrik was employed at Renesas Electronics America as a Sr. Manager of Product Marketing and Business Development. Henrik managed the business development team responsible for the MCU product portfolio and provided sales support, marketing collateral, and regional representation. Henrik also held the position of Sr. Staff Product Marketing Manager at Renesas, where they defined marketing requirements for new product launches.

Henrik has also worked at Atmel Corporation as a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, where their responsibilities included driving the development of the Atmel Studio development platform and managing technical communities. Prior to this, they worked at NXP Semiconductors as a Tools & Embedded Eco-System Manager, where they developed and executed the development tools strategy and managed 3rd party partnerships.

In addition, Henrik has experience in product management at IAR Systems, where they were responsible for several flagship Embedded Workbench editions. Henrik also has experience as a systems administrator for various institutions, including the Swedish National Defense College.

Henrik began their career as a software engineer at Medtronic and Synectics Medical, where they worked on firmware development for medical devices.
