Muna Shukurova

Muna Shukurova currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Operations at Alif Uzbekistan, where since June 2019, involvement has centered on facilitating the company's market entry in Uzbekistan and leading the development of an effective credit scoring model and automated risk management processes since 2020. In addition to responsibilities at Alif Uzbekistan, Muna has participated in the Nomination and Elections Committee and serves as a YSAFE Steering Committee Member for the IPPF European Network. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Alif Bank OJSC from January 2018 to June 2019, where Muna implemented agile management methodologies and took on a leadership role in operational management for the marketing department.
