Jalolova Mubinakhon

Jalolova Mubinakhon, CAP, MBA, currently serves as Deputy CFO at Alif Bank since July 2020, with previous roles including Chief Accountant and Head of the Process Formalization and Internal Control Improvement Unit within the Financial Department. Mubinakhon has extensive experience in the financial sector, having worked at Microlending Organization “IMON INTERNATIONAL” as Head of Budgeting and Planning Unit and formerly as Head of Reporting Unit. Early career positions include roles at LLC MLO "IMON INTERNATIONAL" as an Accountant and at PIPAART as the representative of the CIPAEN program. Mubinakhon is also experienced in academia as a Finance and Accounting lecturer at the Khujand Branch of Technological University of Tajikistan. Educational credentials include an MBA from Steinbeis Hochschule and a specialist degree in Economics from the Khujand branch of Technological University of Tajikistan, along with a certification in Islamic Finance and current studies as a PhD student in National Economy at Tajik State University.
