Lachlan Turner is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in back-end development and technical consulting. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Aligent Consulting since June 2018, Lachlan leads efforts to establish coding standards and practices while collaborating with senior technology leadership. Previously, Lachlan spent over thirteen years at OLR, where roles included Senior Technical Consultant and Support Lead in both the APAC and EMEA regions, focusing on Oracle ADF application development and support operations. Lachlan began the professional journey as a Graduate Consultant after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Adelaide.
