Ingrid Joelsson has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Ingrid started their career in 2016 as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Ants - Tech Recruiters, where they worked onsite with clients to drive the recruitment process and provide recruitment strategy advice.

From 2019 to 2020, Ingrid worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant via Ants at Sinch, a cloud-based communication platform provider. Ingrid was responsible for tech and product recruitment as well as conducting talent market research for employer branding purposes.

In 2020, Ingrid served as the Head of Talent & Culture at Tritech Technology AB, a development house/consultancy company acquired by Prevas. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment, talent attraction, HR, culture, and internal/external communication.

In subsequent roles, Ingrid held positions such as Talent Attraction & Recruitment consultant at Mentimeter, Talent Recruitment & Employer Branding Lead at Fall Damage, Tech Recruitment Partner at Storykit, and Talent Acquisition Partner at GOALS.

Currently, they work at Talent Journey as a Talent Attraction & Tech Recruitment consultant, focusing on assisting clients in finding and attracting top talent, especially in the tech, product, gaming, and marketing sectors.

Ingrid's most recent role is as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Attraction Lead at Alight, where they are involved in the development, operation, and sale of solar projects across Europe in support of a more sustainable future.

Ingrid Joelsson completed their bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at Uppsala University from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they participated in an exchange program at the University of Melbourne, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In 2022, they obtained a Digital Marketing Specialist certificate from Sälj & Marknadshögskolan, acquiring skills in marketing. Additionally, Ingrid has obtained various certifications including Certificate Cut-e from cut-e an Aon company in January 2019, Social Media Certified from HubSpot in April 2020, Content Marketing Certified from HubSpot in March 2020, and Inbound Marketing Certified from HubSpot in February 2020.
